Founder’s Story

I am a social entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of community development, business, and creative innovation.

I founded Pamoja Do Good to create practical opportunities for youth and local communities across Uganda and East Africa. My work focuses on turning ideas into real solutions that improve access to education, skills, and employment.

My background includes building and supporting startups, developing business initiatives, and applying design thinking to solve real-world challenges. I am particularly interested in creating systems that empower individuals to become self-reliant and active contributors to their communities.

In addition to entrepreneurship, I have experience in songwriting and creative expression. This has influenced how I communicate, tell stories, and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

I believe in simple, practical solutions that create long-term impact. My goal is to continue building platforms that support youth, promote inclusion, and generate sustainable opportunities.
